Smith & Wesson M&P Compact By VFC

I have been in the shooting sport since 2009 and have acquired a number of firearms for my collection. I have shot and tested numerous pistols and have found what I really like and work best for me. If you have read my articles before, I have mentioned that my very first gun was a Glock 22. Chambered in the .40S&W, it has a violent recoil. As time goes by, I have acquired more handguns, the Kimber 1911 TLE/RL Custom II, and the Smith and Wesson M&P 9mm. After shooting the M&P 9mm for a few weeks, I fell in love with the gun and the caliber, and eventually sold my Glock 22 and purchased a Glock 17, which is also chambered in 9mm.

JG G3 Competition! Tim Vs. Bob Vs. Josh Vs. Ross

In the Airsoft Industry, people would build a custom airsoft gun based off of an M4/M16 platform. Reason is, there are more parts available for M4/ M16 variants internally. Seeing this issue, some of the guys in the Marketing Department decided to go off of something else. Such as the JG G3 Lineup! Watch as they take a stock JG G3 along with a $150.00 budget and transform their airsoft guns into a work of art. These guns will be available on our website in the near future.

My First Milsim Operation

My first foray into airsoft milsim operations began about 2 years after I first discovered airsoft. While I was searching online forums for a new shotgun load out I was working on, I came across a very interesting poster for something called Operation Iron Angel. You can see a few of the original advertisements below.

Now, as a testament to how long ago Operation Iron Angel occured, the video that came out for this operation was released… on VHS.

It Is Finally Here – The ICS M1 Garand

The M1 Garand is the legendary rifle that was issued to the American G.I. in World War 2. Chambered in 30-06 (pronounced as 30 odd 6), it was the only semi automatic rifle mass produced in World War 2. The M1 Garand was designed by Engineer John Cantius Garand, who at the time in 1928 was working for Springfield Armory. It was eventually adopted by the U.S. Army as their main battle rifle in 1936, and 5 years later, hundreds of thousands of American soldiers were going into battle with an M1 slung over their shoulders. According to my research, John Garand was a true maverick and he built the machine that tooled his rifle. Using a clip loading method was considered very advanced at the time due to the semi automatic function. When an American solider fired an M1 Garand, he has some authority on his shoulder; A well trained American solider could fire all 8 rounds without breaking his point of aim. He had 8 rounds to influence the battle while the enemy had only 1.
