After Action Report From the Bob vs. Tim Game!

For those of you who could not make it to our Bob vs. Tim game this past weekend at SC Viper Field, and would like to know a little bit about what happened before we try to get the video up, here is a quick recap of the events of the games:

Game 1:

Tim’s Objective: Rescue Jason “Stone Cold” Steel from his dungeon where he is being held captive by Bob “The Axeman.”

Bob’s Objective: Hold Jason prisoner for the entire game and prevent Tim’s forces from rescuing him.

Game Highlights: About 3/4 of the way through the game, Bob’s forces became slightly weary and let their guard down just enough for Jason to escape the captivity of his dungeon. Bob chased after Jason, but before he could catch him, he was intercepted by a squad of Tim’s guards. Tim’s team then escorted “Stone Cold” back to the palace to win the game.

Point Totals:

Team Tim: 1 point

Team Bob: 0 points

Game 2:

Tim’s Objective: Destroy Bob’s mortar, and prevent Jason from being taken prisoner again.

Bob’s Objective: Protect the mortar, and recapture Jason “Stone Cold” Steel.

Game Highlights: Tim’s team was unable to capture and destroy Bob “The Axeman’s” mortar, but Bob’s team was also unable to recapture Jason and hold him prisoner. Bob’s team did, however, manage to take Tim as prisoner to gain an extra point at the end of the game.

Point Totals:

Team Tim: 1 point

Team Bob: 2 points

Game 3 (Final Game):

Tim’s Objective: Defend the palace from the assault being waged by Bob’s army of rebels.

Bob’s Objective: Attack the palace and Tim’s team to their knees in the name of rebellion.

Game Highlights: Tim’s team managed to defend the palace from The Axeman’s attack to win the game. However, in the process, Bob managed to convince a group of Tim’s closest and most trusted guards to turn against him and take him prisoner. Tim put up quite a fight, and while it was extremely close, he managed to prevent the mutineers from bringing him to the dungeon and his team still won.

Point Totals:

Team Tim: 2 points

Team Bob: 2 points
