A Glance at KWA 2012 New Products

Obviously, the most unique and innovative KWA airsoft gun at S.H.O.T. Show 2012 was the KRISS Gas Blow Back Airsoft Gun. However, there were numerous new items that will definitely bridge the gap (in terms of training) between real firearms and the world of airsoft.

As a real steel shooter, I treat my airsoft guns as training utilities (not toys). With that being said, safety is my number one concern. The next thing I look for is the consistency between my real firearm and airsoft. After that, I look for guns that have high performance, as well as high reliability and high durability. Last but not least, I look at the cost. KWA is the solution to all my concerns. In my opinion, they have the right price tag, the highest reliability, durability, and performance in the entire airsoft market.

NS2 KWA KP8 Now Available in Tan and OD!

The KP8 is one of KWA’s most popular gas pistols. With the release of the NS2 Gas system they’ve become even more popular. The first release of the NS2 KP8 came in black only, now tan and OD frames are available to add killer new looks to a classic GBB.

MagPul MBUS, King Arms 556 Blow Back, SOCOM Gear MEU Desert and MORE!

Like the title says; MBUS flip sights are here and available in Dark Earth/Black/and Foliage Green. King Arms has created the first Full Metal Blowback SIG 556 (Official License). Finally the SOCOM Gear MEU Desert, the hottest new 1911 available.

The action is crisp and the noise is a clearly audible ‘clack’! This 556 features a full metal body with plastic hand guards, pistol grip, and retractable stock. Included with the gun and magazine is a King Arms Quick BB loader to make reloading easy. The flip up front and rear sights make the King Arms 556 ready for optics. Finally, given it’s length and retractable stock, the 556 is ideal for both indoor CQB and outdoor field play.

To the untrained eye it may look like just another 1911 but it is ,in fact, much more. The SOCOM Gear 1911 MEU features a full metal body with railed frame, upgraded iron sights for easier aiming, front cocking serrations on the slide, comfortable grips, ambidextrous safety for right and left handed users. Also for enhanced looks SOCOM Gear has added and engraved slide, lower frame and chamber; as well as a 3 hole trigger, skeleton hammer, and beaver tail.

Magpul has made an excellent reputation for themselves with their wide range of accessories and parts for real steel firearms. They are one of the first manufacturers that has embraced Airsoft as an acceptable form of training and simulation for real world simulation. Recently they have embarked on their own line of Airsoft accessories, such as stocks, magazines, etc.
The MagPul MBUS Back-Up Sights are a great innovative flip sight system for the M4/M16. Both front and rear sight bolt firmly to the weaver rail. Each sight is spring loaded in the down position with ambidextrous release buttons. These are great back up sights for any gun with a continuous flat top rail.

Also from MagPul, CTR Battery stock w/ 9.6v Intellect Battery. The MagPul PTS CTR Battery Stock is a special 6 position MagPul stock with cheek riser that cleverly conceals the included battery. The top of the CTR Stock, and buffer tube, has been left open to make room for the battery and wires. This kit comes complete with everything required to install to an M4/M16; the stock wires with connectors and heat shrink, the buffer tube spacer, and the stock retention screw and half washer to run the wires through the buffer tube.
